You will take the stairs or the elevator one floor down if you use the East entrance. This sitting time is free and open to the public.

Please enter quietly and comfortably take your seat on a chair, couch or your own cushion on the floor. The usual format consists of 20-30 minutes of guided mindfulness meditation, various readings and recordings as well as an occasional walking meditation in the garden. An optional 15 minutes of discussion often follows the sitting time. The bells will ring at 4:45 and 5:15, please respect this time of stillness by arriving on time.
